The former site of the AT&T Bartlett Earth Station (see demolition video on this site) is being redeveloped as a Satellite Data Park.

New space data center under construction in Mat-Su

A new $5 million space data center is under construction near Talkeetna with the first phase expected to be operational by the end of 2019. The developer is Anchorage-based Microcom,

It is not a server farm or anything like that, the location was the first Alaska Earth Station, geographically located in the perfect spot. Redeveloped for a low earth orbit ground station and satellite internet service. Served by a robust fiber link. It is more about being a quiet RF spot.
