I believe it is in part a data farm and benefits from cheap to nonexistent cooling costs.

It is not a server farm or anything like that, the location was the first Alaska Earth Station, geographically located in the perfect spot. Redeveloped for a low earth orbit ground station and satellite internet service. Served by a robust fiber link. It is more about being a quiet RF spot.
