I think you guys might like this video I like the location of these satellite dishes.

cool stuff, and always interesting to see places like that. The guy mentions UHF, but those dishes were probably for higher frequencies, judging by the size of the feedhorn/LNA/LNB. Not satellite though, they were likely point-to-point terrestrial links.

Those two dishes look very familiar to me. They resemble an installation on the coast of Spain where we operated our SSBN out of. Monitoring the ocean for any surface ships. They were obsolete even back then, late 70s.

Nice clip. And nicer hotel. Need to price it now.
