I would like to watch FTA polish channels. Anybody can tell me what is name of satellite I should find? And where I can find azimuth, elevation and skew for zip code 75002?

You can use GeoSatFinder.com to find you azimuth, elevation, and skew. I have attached a pdf for you from their site.

I believe T5 (97W) has it.

It is on 97W and currently is in the clear. But it is listed as encrypted on "The List" above. It may or may not be available at any given moment. You could use the GloryStar system sold by SatelliteAV (sponsor at top of this page) and get both Polish stations. You can use the same calculator I listed in my post above.
