Shweet! Now I have both of my RSNs in HD. In the announcement, didn't they say that they would launch SUNHD in the fall?

Edit: Is it showing anything coming up in the guide?

Another Edit: It looks like a couple games of the Tampa Bay/New Jersey series are going to be on there.

It looks like there are a couple shows (not games) in HD. Will E* have these on? Like Fishing the Flats and In My Own Words. Or do they just turn it on for live games?

Seattle still doesn't have FSNW HD turned up (Mariners, Sonics) or the local Fox affiliate in HD (Seahawks).

No point in saying how D*#@!&D frustrating that is!!!

Can someone tell me why I am getting HD channels (like HBOHD) in the 300 range? I feeling awfully lazy here so don't want to look over thread. I do get both 61.5 and 129. Does that have something to do with it?

It is because of the new feature introduced called downmapping. HD cahnnels are being placed beside their SD equivalents. If you don't like it you can disable the feature in the local channel setup.

Scott,

Is CINEMAX HD finally coming to E*? What have you heard? Its this uplink another tease from E*? or has E* reached an aggreement finally to carry the channel?

I believe the option to carry it was reached with the HBO deal in Feb.

Re: Fsnw 376 - Kcpq 13 (fox)

Any of you know if there may be a corporate relationship between FSNW and KCPQ? If there is it might account for the absence of 376, since DISH can't seem to get a carriage agreement to carry the HD 13 signal.

Apparently if you pay for the Cinemax package, the HD channel is already included but Dish is not passing on to customers.

In other words, Dish has it; you're paying for it but Dish is choosing not to give it to you.
