I had the sat finder app on my phone but had to reset my phone back to factory settings and lost all my apps. I went to the app store and redownloaded it but it does not work? am I going to have to pay the 19.00 again to get it back?

If you log back in to your gmail account to get back into the app store you can re-download it free as it retains that information of the purchase.
