Satmex 5 active?

I don't seem to be able to get anything on Satmex 5 (116.8W) these days - even with a blindscan. Anyone else having issues?

I have never had good luck in MN due to the footprint being really sucky in the northern US states

11975H 1562 is strongest for me. Some receivers have trouble with low SR.

The rest are all about the same SL/SQ. Good levels.

I don't get that one when I blind scan, only if I enter in manually. It is the strongest.

C-Band works fine but KU has always sucked

I have gotten signal before, but not lately. I have ruled out aiming issues, since I get 125 W and 113 W very well...

Seriously? I don't understand... I'm at 34.4 N and have the same dish and motor you do, with a CS8000 HD, and don't get ANYTHING on that bird. But I used to!...

Blind Scan is not a good method for catch fta channel from that bird...

best use manual scan, edit freq, pol, sr and do manual scan several times...
