Sattellite signal software

Does anyone use a software to locate satellites? I've seen a couple out there that look interesting. I was just curious if anyone here uses it as I've not seen it mentioned in the threads.

Several good packages were listed in PC DVB section threads, and also reports of using them on a laptop with a USB sat tuner. Very convenient to align the dish, in particular using Sun and Sun shadow any time of day at any location, as compass may give a large error hard to correct in city conditions, especially around some larger building and other structures or facilities.
