Satwork 3688 question

I am trying to program amc9 into the receiver but there is no "amc9" in the satellite list to pick. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum John!

You can use any unused satellite on the list from the other side of the globe like "Astra" as long as you remember or write it down its an easy work around! Hopefully future software updates will add any new satellite positions/names.

I'll try that. I haven't tried updating the software on my new 3688, don't know how to or if I even need to. FTA is a new experience to me....pretty cool! I do have some problems tweaking in the signals to get rid of the tiling. My "system" shares with a 4dtv receiver using c and ku signals from a polar mount 8ft mesh dish.
Do you know of a good site to visit to get the "basics"?
