Plasma Concepts Deal

As a member of this forum and a customer of Plasma Concepts I just wanted to share my personal experience with the rest of you. And to recommend that if you are planning on ordering Directv service...I would highly recommend you do through Plasma Concept!!!
I had an equipment issue with Directv and Bob went above and beyond for me and was able to resolve my problem!!

Actually, we have had very few issues with the HSP network. I know there are a lot of horror stories on this board about the HSP network, but everyone we have worked with has been great so far.
