SBC and VOOM

I have dish through SBC and have been unable to get the VOOM channels added. On monday I almost got it, had an install setup and everthing, but the CSR could not get the package to load and said call back Tuesday.
On Tuesday I was told that the package was not available try again Wed.
I emailed SBC tryinng to get some info and they replied that I should call
1-800-333-3474.
I called today and am being told that the Voom package will not be available to SBC customers. I tried SBC, called dish direct, but they transfer me to SBC, I called WOW-HDTV, transferred to SBC.
Anyone with SBC/DISH have any luck?

When did you sign up through SBC to get Dish?

Yeah, you can't even get a DISH 942 from SBC....they won't be getting as many sign ups as they used to because customers can go directly with retailers and DISH directly, but won't be able to sign up as new customers though.

The foot will be on the other hand when SBC releases the 2Wire Home Media Portal that will only be available to SBC subs.

Yeah, I know about the 2Wire, but I haven't seen any "teaser" dates posted anywhere. They need to get on the bandwagon.
