SC in West Palm, FL - No Guide

Thanks to the great advice I received on this board a few months ago I was able to get SC working well in West Palm Beach, and I loved being able to watch Canadian coverage of the Olympics. However, I still can't get the guide, only the channels which come in clear and strong. I've adjusted the dish and am pulling a good signal, but I can't get the guide, am I doing anything wrong? Or is this common place with SC dishes so far south?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Do a hard reboot. (Pull plug from wall for a couple of minutes). If the guide is not downloaded within 20 minutes, you will need a rehit from SC.

If you get reception, you can get the guide.
