Score guide

So when i turn to ESPN to try to find the score of the hockey game ive noticed the "scoreguide" popup isnt showing; especially the only time i want to use it!

Ive pressed the red button on remote and get nothing!

Any ideas?

I'm on ESPN now and hit the red button and the ScoreGuide came right up.
Remember, once you use it, don't hit exit to remove it or it will not be accessible till you change the channel .

btw, hit the red button again to remove the SG info when viewing it.

It can take up to 30 seconds or so to fully work after switching to a channel. You may have just time it right where the logo was on the screen but the app wasn't ready.

Yeah it never came up... Tried again still not working so I'll just reset box.

You can also pull up the Guide and re-select the same channel that you're viewing (ie reselect ESPN) and that reloads the ScoreGuide.
