i do press the red button, its doesn't pop up anymore i had mine brother reset and its fix

You have to be on a Sport's channel for it to work
Also, when you go to clear it, hit the Red button again, if you hit Exit, it won't come back on till you change the channel .

i do, its wouldn't work until i had my brother reset mine box
