Screen settings?

To keep from the LEDs from going out what would be the best setting to put them on? I set my contrast, brightness, backlight to level 40. I have a LG 4k tv.

Visio recommends 50 for all three settings, then use only Backlight and Gamma as needed to get what you want for PQ.

Rtings.com may have setting suggestions for your UHDTV they did for mine.

It really depends on the individual set.
