I make it a point not to fill up the current iPhone 5s with icons. I leave some space on every screen.

No, I do not expect it to be a real one, after all they would not have access to a large screen iPhone. But, it does bring up an interesting issue of how Apple will manage icons. Will they simply add a row in each direction, or perhaps will they have the option of allowing you to scale the size of your icons. Perhaps you go with the extra icons, or you opt for bigger ones, if you want to be able to see them better.
