If your cabin is in Lycoming County ,You can only get Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Locals.and NO HD Locals.If your cabin is in Tioga County threre are NO Locals available.In which case you would be able to obtain NY Local channels at $1.50 each (ABC,CBS,NBC,FOX,CW,and PBS. You would not be able to get your PHILLY locals.
