Service call question

So I'm getting a "wired connection lost" on all my receivers accept the main one. We went through everything for an hour and she said I need a service call. She offered me $99 for the service or $7.99 a month which includes box upgrades.

Can I cancel the $7.99 a month after the tech comes out and fixes things?
 
I can’t post the article here but in November 2016 it was announced there is no longer a cancellation fee for any of the protection plans
 
This is the splitter we have. Everything seems to be fine. I traced back everything
