SES 2 channels, can't get some of them

Around a year ago when I bought my first openbox s10, I was able to get several RTN,Tuff tv, Me tv, etc.(on SES 2 87.0w) Now, I only get Persuit, Untamed Sports, and Weather nation (maybe a couple of more).
I'm using a 12' Paraeclipse dish. According to my Birdog, I get 90% + on horzontal, 60% + on vertical. Most of my other dishes don't get near that good, and still have all the channels on other birds.
I have tried scanning with solid line between the lnb and the reciever. I've also tried using my 2nd Openbox S10 reciever, doesn't make any difference.
What am I doing wrong? Is anyone else getting these channels?

Probably nothing.
I also don't get the RTV mux on 83W. Everything else is at least a 70Q.
Believe me, I tried everything. removing tp and rescanning, manual adding tp and PIDs, aiming dish.
Don't know why some receivers won't get it, seems to be a peculiarity of some receivers. (Think it's only some openboxes and some AzBox models that are problematic, from what I remember) It's been covered in more than one thread in the recent past.
It comes in fine on 137W - go figure?
Me tv isn't on 83W. it's on 101W, SES-1
