Set Up Dish For Use With Dtv Hd

I have 2 DISH network dishes set up on my roof (one pointed at 61.5 and one at the 110 & 119 sats). Is it possible to use these dishes (without repointing them) with a directv HD receiver? The reason I ask, is because on 2 occations, I had Directv guys come out and tell me that they could not aquire the 110 and 119 satellites. The DISH network guy, put the dish High up on a tripod and was able to get signals from the 110 & 119 (there are building in the way, so he had to raise the dish way up in the air) and I really want to get directv. If this is possible, can I just connect the dish to the directv hd receiver or are there special switches or anything that I need to buy?
