I have a 211Z and a free hand me down 3-LNB WA 1000.2 dish I want to use tailgating. I need the eastern arc though and it looks like everything I need is on 61.5 and 72.5 so I'm thinking the cheapest route would be to just get one of the twin EA LNBs designed for the 1000.2. The question is in one of the installation documents I saw for the twin EA was only compatible with the DP44 switch!?!?! If that is the case I might as well buy a 1000.4. With my single tuner I can just run a coax from one of the LNB outputs or do I really require a switch?

DPP44 is only required if you are adding a 211z to your home Hopper system that has a Duo Node.
It just gives you a 4th output.
