"Settings" link, upper-right, gone

I don't know if it was removed intentionally, but in case you didn't know it, the "Settings" link in the upper-right corner disappeared, possibly yesterday evening (?). The links for "User CP" is still on the left-hand side but I got used to using the other one. If it's gone for good, no worries, just checking....

Wait, now that I've posted, I realized something.... The "User CP" link is only on the front page ! On this page - I'm looking - I don't see a link to take me to /usercp.php.
