Share custom remote file for SlingBox?

I'm hoping some kind person would share a custom AZBox remote file I can use with my Slingbox HD Pro. I have been unable to find one at the SB site/forum and I'm sure that one exists.

I had one... let me see if I can find it.

This is why I like the microHD as it has full remote support in Sling by default.
