Show HD Channels In Low Number Range

RIght now I only see my HD channels in the 9000 range. I remember at one time setting something so they weren't seen with the SD channel now I can't find how to set this back. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Menu= Locks=channel locks

System Setup, Local Channels, Channel Display. Choose what setting you want.
