Why don't you ask Dish rather than the forum here. We are not in control of what Dish decides to offer on their service. Did they block your email address for aggravating them all the time? Or ban your Facebook posts? As a general answer to your question, I doubt that a Showtime Anytime will be added until Dish's and CBS programming contract ends and negotiations begin on a new agreement.

As Bob said, there will be no Showtime Anytime until the next contract negotiations with CBS. And I would expect Les Moonves to make it a long, drawn out affair.
