Sign my parents up now or in Feb??

I finally got my folks to buy a nice new Sony HD 52" LCD and I need to sign them up with Dish. Should I do it today/tomorrow or wait till February starts (I know there are some changes coming)? I want to hook them up with America's Top 200 plus of course the HD Pack (they want all the HD channels). I think I'll go no contract just in case we run into problems and want switching providers to be an option.

Also, can I request the 722 for them - I'd really like for them to have that receiver?

I would suggest now if you are going to get HD. Seem to save more now than with the Feb. 1st. promo.
