Signal 0-4% and Quality jumps from 0-84%

This may be a dumb question but are you using a compass? if so don't forget to adjust for magnetic deviation (that one got me in the beginning), also check your skew (this should not be an issue with the motor - if you've already set it up on true south). Also don't move the dish too fast when you are looking for the sat (it takes a few seconds to register). IA5 is a strong satellite and 11836MHz is a good transponder. the best way to do it (if you have the ability) is to take a small tv out there with you...that's what I do it really cuts down on stress (and running in and out of the house).

Sorry if I missed it in the previous replies but someone was having a similar problem with getting G10; his signal was just bouncing between 10% and 90%.. It turned out to be his skew at the LNB.

Yea skew can be an issue but G10 is just plain hard to find the first time anyway.
