Signal @ 10%

I have 10ft dish, GI 4DTV 922 receiver C + Ku. I use a Openbox S9 as a slave. When I try to fine tune a satellite, it only shows 10% signal strenght. When I save a satellite, I have to search again to fine tune the next time return. There seems to be a lot of play (movement) in the dish mover arm. High wind can blow the dish off signal. Please help.

10% signal , but what is the Quality reading? That's the most important. If you're scanning in all the channels, 10 on signal may be all right. As for the "play", check the mount over, may need to repair the pivots the dish rotates on. Thanks for a quick response. I don't always get a quality signal. I am on watching G4 99w. My menu reads Move dish to 4618. The dish position is 4599. Signal is 10, and quality is not showing .
