Signal on Tailgater

Hope this is not a dumb question. Is there a way to check the signal at the 211/wally with a sat buddy? (trying to figure out if it is the receiver or tailgater)

I don't believe that's going to work since the tailgater has a board that is used in conjunction with the software of the 211 and wallys..What problem are you having?

Clear line of site. Missing certain channels on 119. Swapped out 211 and now no channels show up on 119

Yes, that was how we noticed signal on 110 and 119 but channels missing on 119-Replaced 211 and now no channels on 119

Something seems off here..When I had a tailgater once you plug in the receiver and it boots up the screen ask you your location and once the info is entered it will scan for the three satellites..110,119&129.in other words its doing a checkswitch.You never mentioned that you have the 129 so make sure you actually do have a clear line of site..

This guy had bought his tailgater 4 in 2017. When the tailgater was swapped with another one, It found all 3 sats. So it was the tailgater. Thanks for the help
