Signal/Transponder pattern for 99/103

I currently use a slimline dish with the 5 lnb.

My current signals are 85-95 on 101, 60-70 on 119, 75-80 on 110

On both 99 and 103, I get 20's to 30's on trans 1,2,5,6,9,10,13,14.
I get all 0's on trans 3,4,7,8,11,12.

I understand I may need a larger dish for overall improved signal strengh but my question is - Why the pattern of some signal, then 0's going back and forth every 2 transponders. Why not all zero's or all low signal on all the transponders.

Where are you located? From the look of things, you are in desperate need of a dish alignment. Depending on what model receiver you have, there'll be 99 and 103 c and s, or a and b.


The s and b are spotbeams, meaning it's beamed to specific areas only.
