YES this is comcast, not Mediacom.

Personal statement: If you have a station owned by sincrap, DON'T WATCH THEM AT ALL!!!!! E-mail them, call them, call the fcc, we have got to get this stupity of corparations charging cable companies for something that is supposed to be a PUBLIC SERVICE!!!!!

If TV stations charge for carrying programming to other carriers like Satellite, FiberTV, and other Cable providers then it's really not picking on Comcast. So long as Sinclair is not getting greedy and has a reasonable offer on the table. However we don't know what the terms are. So it's hard to speak on the issue if you want to be fair, you need to know all the details to make judgment. Obviously Comcast feels that Sinclair is taking advantage or is unreasonable. I personally would lose my ABC station WGGB if they pulled out. I would counter this by demanding that Comcast provide either WCVB or WTNH until they can reach an agreement. I think Sinclair would be foolish to pull out of Comcast over greed. They will be signing themselves into bankruptcy. Sinclair has not been doing very well, and to lose more revenue would push them to the breaking point.
