PM EDT The festivities started early for Sirius Nasdaq on Wednesday as the satellite radio broadcaster opened its investor-day gala with a retail push highlighted by an analyst upgrade. Shares of the New York pay radio shop jumped 11 in midday trading after Bear Stearns analyst Bob Peck upped his rating on the stock to buy from neutral Wednesday.
