site for determining elevation and skew for dishnet work

Perhaps: I am mising something, but satellite guys used to have a site where you could enter your zip code and the satellite(s) that you wanted to find and it would show you surrounding obstructions and provide you with the needed elevation, skew and azimuth I can't seem to find this site anymore. Does any one know where it is ?
