This seems so stupid, it's hard to believe it actually might happen. We'll find out this week. I plan on spamming as much pirate bay as possible this week to get a warning on purpose, just to see how it works.

So, does anyone know if Hughesnet or WildBlue is planning on doing this? My guess is 'no'. But it looks like every other major ISP is. It could be a good selling point for satellite internet...
 
I do not see Cox participating butt hey have been known to at least threaten shutooff with fewer "strikes."
