SK-3005 to HD DVR

I am looking to purchase a new 5th wheel camper and it comes with a Winegard SK-3005 on the roof and I am going to install a HD DVR inside. Now how many coax cables do I need run through the roof so I can have HD and watch one program and record another at the same time?

I found the manual, it is attached. The manual says the dish requires B-Band converters to get the HD satellites, so that means it's not SWiM. You will need two lines to each HD receiver, and don't forget the B-Band converters......

Nice dish by the way.........those aren't cheap!
