SKIP30 not working on HR24-500

I have two HR24s. The 1st one I went through the procedure for SKIP30 and it worked fine. The 2nd one it won't work on. I tried it with my Harmony remote originally with no luck. Then I went back to the stock remote and same outcome.

Any ideas?

Thats what I was doing with no luck.

Just tried it again via my slingbox and still no luck.

Nevermimd. I kept putting in SKIP30 instead of 30SKIP.
