SlingGuide connection problem

I signed up for the bete slingGuide yesterday for my vip622 but it won't recognize the connection. I have L618 software and I did the broadband setup. I reviewed some old posts but never found a clear resolution to the proble. "John"

Did you enter in the R00... number into the site?

Yes, that is when I get the message that the receiver don't appear to be online.

Did you take the R00 number from the menu on the tv? I made the mistake of taking it from my dishnetwork account on line and received the same error message as you.

Had the same problem on my new 722. Go into the broadband menu and click on reset connection.
This did it for me.
