OK, it's been well over a year since EchoStar announced they will schlock their Slingloaded T2200S box onto the Cable community with "testing" to being as early as last summer. Does anyone know if these boxes are being tested by any of the Cable providers?

Although EchoStar touts the Slingloaded T2200S to Cable, perhaps the cable cartel has no desire to break-up their lovefest with the Motorola and SA (Cisco) duoploy. Ugh!

If that made it to Comcast. I would tell Dish goodbye!

Well...since "tru2way" (the proprietary Cablelabs standard) is all but dead I seriously doubt we'll see any EchoStar inking any deals with Cable anytime soon. Beside, and TivoHD and Tivo Premier work just as well, if not better than the Dish Network DVRs, and the MoxiHD is a pretty good box too.
