Since most people have their Boxee set up to the same TV as their SlingBox and main TV viewing box, I really don't see this being all that useful.

It would be useful if you wanted Dish on a second TV but don't want to pay the monthly lease fee for another receiver. But you would have to share tuners with the main TV.

I have heard the rumors before about the slingplayer coming for Boxee...but your question was also my first question. I fear it will not work with the neutured sling adapter.
