I don't see where it says for new customers? Likely the intent but even reading the fine print I don't see anything about for new customers.....

I think the most confusing thing is they have conflicting information on their website. I tried talking to a chat rep and simply could not get them to understand what I was talking about. I'll try to speak to someone over the phone tonight if I find some free time.

Under this section, in my opinion, it is very clear what the fees are and that they are not tied to a promotional offer.

But which is it...are most of us being overcharged $5/month or is the information on the website (and airing commercials) incorrect.

The $10 a month DVR fee is for new customers for 24 months under the '2 Year Price Guarantee' offer.

If it says otherwise somewhere on their site it is obviously a mistake.
