Roast in instant pot so lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, 1 slice of bacon broken up, ranch dressing, sour cream layered in a small bowl…

Skewered beef Frank sliced alternating with bacon and previously baked potato cubed (2 skewers) in air fryer 10 minutes… went fast might do again.

Made homemade pork sausage, always sample (cook one)added 5 green chilies while finishing up batch… second sample had heat, but pretty good.

Think tostada with a small flour tortilla, leftover taco meat, cheese and nacho jalapenos.
In air fryer for 5 minutes at 390, checked halfway through and added more cheese.
Topped with lettuce and a teaspoon of sour cheese and Herdez salsa...

The last time I flew to PDX, Southwest handed out these amazing pretzel twists. I forgot about them for a while but then remembered and did some research. I found out that my local "Sprouts Market" stocks them. I love to have a beer and pretzels after a hard days work. These are my favorite pretzels at the moment.
