So down here in NC the only way to get HD Channels

Is to go with Shaw ? No dish out there will grab the Bell HD channels is that correct ?

no
Shaw uses a totally different setup. They use KU Band and the dish is larger. You'd need the 75e dish (37" x 27") in NC
Bell uses DBS Band so they can get by with the smaller dish
