Hey all,

I am closer to moving into my new apartment this weekend (i actually sold the house) and am wondering about DISH. I called and they convinced me to let them come on sunday to try and get a line of sight. I am in an apartment complex on the top floor.

Could he maybe get above the roof to get a line of sight? All of the places on the south, se, and ne sides have dish, but none on the north side. He said it doesn't cost anything for them to come try, so I figure i can't lose.

What are my chances and can the apartment say 'no' even if they get the line of sight?

thanks, pfan

ask apartment owner first espically if there no other dishes up there.

many owners dont want anyone on the roof for fear of causing leaks...
