BUT what does he think he's going to be able to do with it? It cannot be added to any account with any other type of receivers, (except possibly a Wally or 211) so why wouldn't he just get a free one from DISH as a new install or upgrade???

Ironically, we're currently making a huge push in the Herrin/Granville area, but finding a free Duo is going to be nearly impossible.
What are you going to do with it?? Subscribe?? You'll still be charged $10/mo for the access fee
