something new? payment confirmation

ive had direct for almost 3 years
been on autopay the entite time

i received my first ever payment confirmation this month

is this something new?

I have been with them same amount of time. I would like that if it tells you when they're going to take the payment. The Internet says on the 27th of the month but it comes out between the 25th and 3rd.

Never received confirmation either, just the e-bill, It gets auto paid on 27th of the month
