If people want to be upset then direct it at the appropriate target - the FCC for allowing this hoarding of locals to happen in the first place much less for allowing locals to charge retransmission fees to begin with. Another giant glaring indication of how anti-consumer the FCC is.

There is something about rights disputes that gets people riled up so much that tehy do not search to see if it ha already been anounced. Years ago we had one that must have had 10 or 12 concurrent threads. So this is not so bad.
