Sound and Audio not lined up....

Since I have switched from D-TV to Dish, I have had a ton of instances in which the Audio and video are out of since....Like I'm watching an old king fu movie and the lips and audio arent in sync...

What gives?

Press and hold down the power button to reboot the receiver. The problem should go away.
