I read the reverse sear wrong, haven't tried that yet.
Pulled the roast salted then seared in cast iron pan @450F (bacon grease)about a minute each side and edges.
Tender, tasty made mashed potatoes with, dogs and the Mama liked also...
5 small mason jars
1 lb frozen (pitted) blueberries
Honey (maybe a table spoon each)
Vodka to 1" below lid
132F for 2:45 then left in bath a couple more
Dangerously tasty...
