Southwest Cooking Discs

Anyone here ever use one?
I have one I usually take camping, but thinking of cooking some fajitas in it soon... I think I need to re-season it as it has been awhile I use my Deep fryer burner...

Burritos... Onion & Bell Pepper diced with Carne Picada and some of my rub sprinkled over it on the disc...

Did me no good, I didn't have time to eat them at work... gave 1 away, the other is in my lunch bucket and will feed to the dogs when I get up... maybe tonight...

Um Fergie. I must interject here. Onions are one of the foods dog's shouldn't eat. Hopefully they didn't eat the burritos that contained the onions yet......

Unless Fergie likes lots of onion in his burrito his dogs are just fine. You would need to feed the dog a pound and a half of onion for it to become serious. That is unless he has chihuahuas.

Less than a 1/4 of an onion to 2#'s of meat... and they are doing fine

Yesterday we had 3 discs going (family reunion) for Brunch... 1 had bacon, 1 had scrambled eggs and the last had scrambled eggs and chorizo... then later 1 had pork which was made into Asado... Good stuff all...

It was... had onions, green chiles, bell peppers & rub, added Bud to keep it juicy while cooking...

Remember, ya gotta check that Bud often to make sure it hasn't gone bad, before adding it.
