Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-127 Launch

The weather may not cooperate though: 60 percent chance of weather prohibiting launch.

Looks like it will be delayed by at least 24 hours due to lightning strikes.

The new launch time is set for Sunday at 7:13 p.m. EDT. The weather forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of acceptable conditions.

All tests went well overnight. Tanking is underway. No leaks detected this time.

HDNet has resumed its launch coverage.
However, the weather doesn’t look too good. A no-go at the moment.

Well, it has been officially scrubbed for today! :(
One more attempt tomorrow...

Scrubbed again... :(

The next attempt will be on Wednesday at 6:03 pm EDT.

It's amazing how much the Shuttle program depends on the weather!
I hope Constellation will be less weather-sensitive.

Well, it looks like it may be a "go" at last!

All systems are "GO" and the weather is good!
The final countdown has resumed: 9 minutes to launch, and counting...
